Before getting started, make sure you have:

• Your PDF Access file — Included with your Etsy purchase. It contains the Canva template access link and this tutorial guide.

• A Canva account — Sign in to Canva to open and personalize the invitation template.

• A desktop or laptop — Recommended for a smoother editing experience.

• Your event details — Have the names, date, time, location, and RSVP information ready.

The layout, illustrations, and page navigation links are already set up.

• Focus on editing the text and event details.

• Keep the illustrations, decorations, and layout as they are.

• Only adjust or remove optional sections when needed, such as MORE DETAILS.

• Follow the instructions in this guide when customizing the RSVP form.

• Open the PDF Access file included with the purchase.

• Click the original Canva template access link.

• Open the new copy created in Canva and begin personalizing it.

Accidentally change or delete something , try these keyboard shortcuts to undo the change:

Windows : CTRL + Z

Mac:  Command (⌘) + Z 

If it can't be restored, simply return to the PDF Access file and open the original Canva template link again.

Canva will create a fresh copy of the original design in your Canva account, so editing can start over.

Please note: Changes made to the previous copy won't transfer to the new one. The invitation details will need to be entered again.
